These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of straviustech.com (the "Site"), operated by Stravius Tech Pte. Ltd. ("Stravius Tech", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

The Site provides information about our AI workflow automation and consultancy services. You agree to use it only in line with applicable laws and these Terms.

3. Information you send us

The Site has no user accounts and does not publish content from visitors. You can send us information through the contact form, resource request forms, the booking calendar, email, phone or WhatsApp. We handle that information as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Booking a call and our services

Booking an Automation Audit or sending us a message does not create a contract or oblige either of us to work together.

Descriptions of our services on the Site, including timelines, the acceptance-test payment terms and post-launch fixes, are summaries. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, which sets out the scope, fees, timelines and commitments. If anything on the Site differs from that agreement, the agreement applies.

Founding-client spots and other availability shown on the Site may change without notice.

5. Examples on the Site

Test reports, workflows, edge cases and other examples marked "Sample" or presented as examples are illustrations of how we work. They are not results from a specific client project.

6. Payments

The Site does not process payments or subscriptions. Fees and payment terms are agreed directly with clients in writing.

7. Intellectual property

All materials on the Site, including text, graphics, images, designs, layouts, logos, trademarks and trade names, belong to Stravius Tech Pte. Ltd. or its licensors.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or otherwise use any part of the Site without our prior written consent. Product names mentioned on the Site, such as Gmail, Outlook, Excel, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Xero, CargoWise, Magaya and Descartes, belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Their mention does not imply any partnership or endorsement.

8. Feedback

If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions about the Site or our services, we may use them without any obligation to acknowledge or pay you.

9. Third-party websites and services

The Site links to, or embeds, services run by third parties, such as Calendly for booking, WhatsApp and LinkedIn. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

10. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" for general information. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty, express or implied, about its accuracy, reliability, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, or that it will be free from interruption, errors or harmful components.

Nothing on the Site is professional, technical, financial or legal advice. Please get appropriate advice before acting on information from the Site.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stravius Tech Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising out of or in connection with:

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the latest version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
