Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our analytics and advertising tools collect information such as pages visited, time on page, clicks and scrolling, the site or ad that referred you, browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Microsoft Clarity also records how you interact with pages (mouse movements, clicks and scrolling) so we can see where the Site is confusing.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiries and arrange calls
- To send you the resources you request
- To follow up about the conversation you started with us
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it
- To measure whether our online ads lead to visits, bookings or enquiries
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We will not add you to a marketing list unless you request a resource or agree to it, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
4. Service providers we use
We use the following providers to run the Site and our communications. They process data on our behalf or under their own privacy policies:
- Google Tag Manager loads our analytics and advertising tags (Google privacy policy)
- Google Analytics measures how the Site is used (Google LLC)
- Google Ads measures whether our ads lead to visits, bookings or enquiries (Google LLC)
- Microsoft Clarity shows how visitors use pages, including session recordings (Microsoft privacy statement)
- Calendly runs the booking calendar on the Site (Calendly privacy notice)
- FormSubmit delivers contact and resource-request form submissions to our email
- WhatsApp carries messages if you contact us that way (WhatsApp privacy policy)
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:
- Analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity): to understand how visitors use the Site.
- Advertising measurement (Google Ads): to see whether a visit, booking or enquiry came from one of our ads.
- Booking (Calendly): the booking calendar may set its own cookies when it loads near the bottom of the page.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on and manage Google ad personalisation at My Ad Center. Blocking cookies does not stop you reading the Site or contacting us.
6. Transfers outside Singapore
Some of our providers store or process data outside Singapore, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on providers that are bound to protect personal data to a standard comparable to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
7. Payments
We do not take payments through the Site. Fees are agreed directly with clients and paid by bank transfer or another method we agree.
8. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, to meet legal, tax or accounting requirements, or to resolve disputes. After that we delete or anonymise it.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal data from unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration or loss. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Site and our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
