For Forwarders, Brokers and 3PLs: Shipping Paperwork That Does Itself

Handle more shipments with the team you have. I build automations that take quote requests, BOLs and invoices from your inbox into your TMS and nothing goes live until it passes tests on your own documents.

For US and Singapore logistics teams of 10 to 100 staff. Built by a former QA engineer at a Series C healthtech company, now in Singapore after nearly 8 years in the US.

Sound familiar on a busy week?

QuotesA quote request arrives without weight or dimensions and it takes three emails to price it.

Data EntrySomeone retypes every BOL and POD into the TMS.

TrackingCustomers email "where's my shipment?" all afternoon.

HeadcountEvery jump in volume means another back office hire.

Four workflows I automate for logistics teams.

Quote Request Intake

TodayYour team reads each request by hand and chases missing details by email.

With AutomationThe automation pulls the details from the email and attachments, asks the customer for anything missing and drafts a quote record for your team.

Shipping Document Processing

TodayYour team retypes BOLs, PODs and commercial invoices into the TMS.

With AutomationThe automation enters the data and flags anything it isn't sure about for a person to check.

Shipment Status Updates

TodayYour team answers "where is it?" emails one at a time.

With AutomationCustomers get updates at each milestone without anyone writing them.

Carrier Invoice Matching

TodaySomeone checks invoices against loads by hand if there's time.

With AutomationThe automation matches each invoice to its load and flags mismatches before you pay.

Tested against the documents your inbox receives.

Every automation ships with a test report: each case whether it passed alongside the evidence. These are the cases most logistics paperwork has to survive.

Works with the tools you already have.

  1. FromYour inboxGmail or Outlook
  2. ThroughThe automationTested before launch, monitored after
  3. IntoYour TMSThrough its integration, an import file or its email inbox

Excel, Google Sheets and carrier portals work too. I confirm every connection in the audit before you're quoted anything.

How we'd work together.

  1. Automation Audit

45-minute call, Report within 3 business days

We walk through how quotes and documents move through your team today. You get a written report with your top three workflows to automate, the hours each could save and a fixed quote.

  2. Three Week Sprint

    Weeks 1 to 3

One workflow built on your systems, tested against the cases we agree on and switched on with alerts in place. Anything that stops passing the agreed tests is fixed at no charge for 45 days after launch.

  3. Ongoing Support

    Monthly after Launch

Your automations stay monitored and up to date as document formats change with a monthly report on runs and time saved.

You pay the second half only when it works.

Week 1
We agree in writing on the tests that define "working", including the awkward edge cases.
Payment
Half to start. The other half when every test passes.
If it's late
Not passing by the end of week three? I keep working at no extra cost until it does.
Sonia, founder of Stravius Tech

Who you'd work with.

I'm Sonia. Before Stravius, I was a Software Engineer in Test at a Series C Healthtech company, writing the automated tests that caught problems before users did. Since then, I've founded and shipped my own AI products.

My interest in logistics started during my undergrad when I interned at UPS Asia Pacific. Now, I work with logistics teams whose back office still run on email and PDFs because an automation that misreads a BOL costs more than it saves.

You work with me from the first call to handover.

Questions logistics teams ask.

Does it work with our TMS such as CargoWise, Magaya or Descartes?

Most TMS platforms accept data through an integration, an import file or an email inbox. In the audit, I check which of these yours supports. If I can't connect it safely, you'll know before you pay anything.

Do we need anyone technical on our side?

No, you do not. I build it, connect it to your systems and set up the alerts. Your team needs to know your process (not the technology) and gets a walkthrough at handover.

What if it misreads a document?

If the automation isn't confident about a field, it flags the document for a person to check. We include those cases in the agreed tests.

Is our customer and shipment data safe?

We sign an NDA and a data processing agreement before I touch anything. The automation runs inside your own accounts. I build with synthetic data and real customer data is only used after the tests pass and you've signed off.

How long does it take to go live?

The audit report arrives within three business days and the sprint takes three weeks from kickoff. Plan on about five weeks from the first call to a live automation.

What happens if something breaks after launch?

Alerts tell us before your customers notice. Anything that stops passing the agreed tests is fixed at no charge for 45 days after launch. After that, ongoing support covers it.

Will it replace our operations team?

No. It takes the retyping and chasing off their desks so the same team can handle more shipments. Anything the automation isn't sure about still goes to a person.

We're in the US. How does the time difference work?

I'm in Singapore so I work on problems you report in your evening during my day and the fix is often in place by the time you're back.
